Verbesserungen der aktuellen Beta zu 1.49.5 [Archiv] - Gigaset M740 AV und Gigaset M750 S Forum

Wo finde ich denn eine Übersicht der tatsächlichen Verbesserungen der aktuellen Beta-Version zur offiziellen Firmware?Im Now-Portal war neben der Beta, die jetzt wohl offiziell ist, auch ein Readme.

Hier isses:

a) SW BETA RELEASE version 1.50.6. This SW is intended for Germany and France

b) This is no official version. Only a beta release

c) This SW beta release will not be supported by Siemens. For a released version use 1.49.5

d) The Linux Source files are identical to 1.49.5

e) If you want to downgrade please make a power on/off sequence (unplug/plug power cable) 4 times. Afterwards you can update the Gigaset M740AV with a released SW version (1.49.5)

f) Improvements and bug fixes in beta version 1.50.6 compared to official release 1.49.5

Fixed in 1.49.8
· Inconsistency between EPG and timer entries (possible after system crashes or after power failure) fixed
· Switch of TV channels takes sometimes about 1 minute fixed
· Crashes during browsing in EPG fixed (also when EPG Info was more than 2kBytes long)
· Crashes during programming of recordings fixed
· EPG entries from the past fixed
· When replaning an EPG single recording to series recordings the days of week were ignored is fixed
· Switch on TV during a standby Recording during EPG Update window (02:00-03:00) there is black screen is fixed
· Sometimes episodes of an EPG series were missed because of rescheduling from the broadcaster is fixed
· During EPG update window WOL is no longer send
· RECORDER_LOG is limited to 200kByte
· EPG update window between 02:00-03:00 will be automatically cancelled when two recordings will be scheduled during this time window
· when entering the program numbers during live-TV, the infobar will be displayed with the program number and the corresponding program name

Fixed in 1.50.2
· Possibility to change from Stereo/AC to Mono left and Mono right. Necessary in case of multichannel sound. Press green button during live-TV or during a playback of an already recorded program to change it
· HDD will be automatically be mounted when disconnected in standby and connected in operation mode, when it was already mounted in operation mode before entering standby mode
· 16:9 pan/scan setting was wrongly set to 16:9 letterbox after boot. Bug is fixed
· After switching from a recorded program to a non-recorded program and instant activation of the INFO key the info bar was wrongly marked to recorded resp. non-recorded
· EPG series were schedule with UTC time and not with local time. Bug is fixed
· Pressing blue button during live-TV sends also an magic packet to PC (if recording folder is set to a network connection)

Fixed in 1.50.4
· EPG of each selected channel can be reseted by pressing red button "Refresh" in EPG menu. Afterwards it will be immediately updated when the selected channel is in live-TV or it will be updated later when the second tuner is not in usage.
· when programming a telecast in EPG menu which is currently broadcasted, the red button didn't change its description from "Record" to "Series" to "Delete" although its functionality was changing

Fixed in 1.50.6
· When broadcasters were rescheduling a telecast which is currently being recorded, it could be possible that this recording was stopped and immediately started again with the new time information. This lead to splitted recordings
· Switch-off and -on time when using large playlists was reduced

g) For installing this version extract the exe-File (self extracting file) and then install the file "1.50.6.wsw"
